We do not collect your personal information. Diem has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no server — everything you enter stays on your device. This version shows ads served by Google AdMob, which processes limited device data for advertising, as described in section 7.
Vravio Inc collects none. Diem has no accounts, we operate no servers that receive data from the app, and we have no ability to see the contents of your app. The only data that leaves your device is the limited advertising data processed by Google AdMob, described in section 7.
The app saves what you create so it can show it back to you. This data is written only to the app's private storage on your device (a local SQLite database named dday.db and the app's local settings):
This data is never uploaded to us or to any third party. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Purpose of processing | Showing the events you register on screen and in widgets, and delivering reminder notifications (processed only on your device) |
| Where it is processed | Your device. Nothing is collected by, or transferred to, any Vravio Inc server |
| Retention period | Until you delete the item or uninstall the app |
| How it is destroyed | Removed immediately when you delete the item in the app, uninstall the app, or clear the app's data in device settings (we keep no separate copies) |
| Third-party provision / outsourcing | None for the data you enter (for advertising data, see section 7) |
Because Vravio Inc holds no personal information of its own, there is no data subject to statutory retention periods either.
Diem allows Android's standard Auto Backup feature. If you have backup enabled in your device settings, Android may include the app's local data in your own Google account backup, so it can be restored when you set up a new device. This backup belongs to you and is controlled by your Google account settings. Vravio Inc has no access to it. You can turn it off in your device's Settings → Google → Backup.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS) — used only to show reminder notifications for the events you created, on your device. Notification content is generated locally and is not sent anywhere. You may decline or revoke this permission at any time; the rest of the app keeps working.INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE) — used to load ads from Google AdMob and to fetch a small static ad-configuration file (see section 7). The events and settings you create are never sent over the network.com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) — allows the Google Mobile Ads SDK to use the Android Advertising ID for the advertising described in section 7.WAKE_LOCK, FOREGROUND_SERVICE, DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION) — added to the final build by the Android job-scheduling library that runs reminder notifications. They are used only to deliver scheduled reminders on your device and are unrelated to collecting personal information. If you choose to add an event to your calendar, Diem hands the details to your calendar app through the standard Android "add event" screen, where you confirm and save it. Diem requests no calendar permission and cannot read your calendar.
This version shows ads (banner and native ad units) served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google. To serve and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share with Google limited data from your device, including the Android Advertising ID, general device information (such as model and OS version), IP address, and ad-interaction data (impressions and clicks). This data is sent encrypted, and Vravio Inc never receives or stores it.
Separately from ads, the app may download a small static ad-configuration file from our public web address to decide whether ad slots are enabled. The request itself carries no personal information; however, as with any ordinary web request, the requesting IP address may be visible to the hosting provider (GitHub) that serves the file. There is no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, and no other tracking.
For users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland: where required, the legal basis for processing your data for AdMob advertising is the consent collected through the Google consent form (User Messaging Platform) described above, which you may withdraw at any time via Ad privacy settings. For the advertising data described in this section, Google acts as an independent data controller; Vravio Inc does not receive or control it. To exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection over that data, contact Google directly (see Google's Privacy Policy) or use Ad privacy settings. For the local data described in sections 1–6, contact app@binah.team.
We do not sell data. We do not collect the content you create, so there is nothing of it to share. The only third party that receives data from the app is Google (AdMob), which processes the advertising data described in section 7 in order to serve ads. No other third party receives any data.
Diem is not directed to children under 13 and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact app@binah.team.
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to look up, export, or erase on your behalf. Advertising data is processed by Google — see section 7 for the controls available to you. Requests about the app itself can be sent to app@binah.team.

If this policy changes, we will publish the updated version at this address and update the effective date at the top.
